Every day the citizens are in contact with the technology, whether in hospitals, at the station at work - everywhere there are automated systems, often with high-tech. But the use of a ticket machine at a station can lead to considerable difficulties for many. The problem is always the same: to let know the machine what we want from it!

We develop customized solutions in the field of semantics - and thus offer a new opportunity within the communication between man-machine. Our WIKI core module makes it possible to e.g. to create a friendly avatar who speaks daily with thousands of people. In natural language, it replies to concerns, appointments, deals with feelings of the user.

We can adapt the knowledge of the Virtual Assistant to the needs of our customers, so that the avatar can provide any desired area on the right answer.

Our WIKI Virtual Assistant provides the opportunity to dialogue with customers and to analyze and use a web-based analytic tool to further customize the discussions to the needs of customers. Thus, we can keep our system always up to date. The trick: we integrate the web connection – so our WIKI Virtual Assistant is able to have access to Web services, databases and search engines in it responses. Thus, the customer may, instead of searching long time in the FAQ lists a web page, just ask the user’s personal Wiki Virtual Assistant and get his question answered in natural language and the user gets it´s answer in hole sentences.
